Appointments may typically be booked online up 30 days in advance, with minimum notice of 24 hours.
If a desired appointment time is not listed, please reach out using the email form above.
Appointments take place via Google Meet. If another platform or phone call is preferred, there is space during checkout to request this.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of consult start time for a full refund.
If cancelling within 48 hours of consult start time, consult may be rescheduled for a future date, limit of one rescheduling. If rescheduled, consult becomes ineligible for refund or future rescheduling.
If consult start and end time pass with no show or no communication, payment is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling is permitted.
